"I have absolutely nothing to say about the forfeiture case." With these words, the president of the Sardinia Region, Alessandra Todde, answered journalists' questions this morning at the Lazzaretto di Sant'Elia, during the presentation of the Municipality's project to redevelop the neighborhood.

After the hearing was postponed to May 22, when the conclusions will be presented before the electronic filing of the sentence, Todde stressed the importance of leaving room for the judiciary: "I believe it is important to let the judges and lawyers work. Everything that needed to be said has been said: I calmly await the result. And in these two months I will work even more intensely."

The president then shifted attention to the initiative related to the Sant'Elia neighborhood, highlighting the commitment of the Region : "Being here today, after a year of government, is a very important signal for this neighborhood, a signal of concreteness. Citizens are used to political chatter, and we chatter very little: the facts are many and concrete."
