The emergency room staffing in the disadvantaged areas of Cagliari's Local Health Authority (ASL) 8 is being strengthened. Three new doctors (one Italian, one Argentine, and one Italian) will be assigned to the San Marcellino Hospital in Muravera "to ensure greater continuity of care and ensure shift coverage during the summer," the Local Health Authority (ASL) announced. The ASL approved the ranking and awarded three six-month professional collaboration positions, primarily for hospitals in disadvantaged areas.
The selection committee met yesterday to evaluate the candidates' CVs. At the end of the selection process, the positions were awarded to Luciano Maina Gallardo, who placed first with 12 points, Eliana Elizabeth D'Andrea, second with 11.1 points, and Debora Celeste Nanez, third with 10.9 points.
The selection process was open to doctors who met the requirements set by law for temporarily practicing the healthcare profession in Italy and who had a degree obtained abroad," explains ASL 8.
