From today the Super Green pass is essential to access banks, post offices, or tobacconists and yet thousands of Sardinians have undergone the anti-Covid vaccine in recent days but still have not been able to obtain the green certificate. This is because the national platform is haywire and the problems for those who have to go to work or take a plane are numerous. A serious inconvenience that is recorded not only in Sardinia but also in other regions.
Basically, those who in recent days, in particular from 24 to 28 January, showed up at the vaccination hubs, have not yet received the message on their mobile phone to download the Green pass. This message usually arrives within 48 hours. That Authcode (a ten-letter string) isn't really generated.
“We immediately moved to find a solution - says regional councilor Mario Nieddu -. From what emerged, at the basis of the failure to issue Green passes, which also involved other regions, there is a technical problem on the system of the National Vaccine Registry of the Ministry of Health. An extraordinary intervention is underway from Rome to resolve the critical issue and the first codes not yet communicated were already transmitted during the night ".
And the recovered from Covid? Difficult situations for them too, reports Federlab, in order to obtain the necessary certificates for issuing the Green pass. The analysis laboratories accredited with the regional health system send the data relating to the antigenic swabs to the health card system, to the integrated one for the information debt and finally to the public hygiene offices. “In these days it is emerging that these data are not used by the offices of public hygiene or by general practitioners and pediatricians due to the non-interoperability of the systems with the MeDir platform (regional intranet). This entails important disservices in the issuance of green certificates ".
