Thirty thousand euros of meat and eggs without labelling: seizure in an Asian restaurant in Cagliari

Approximately 1100 packs of dried imported meat, beef, duck, chicken and pork, as well as 300 packs of shelled quail eggs, all without labeling and therefore untraceable. This is what was seized by the NAS carabinieri who yesterday carried out a check in an Asian restaurant in Cagliari.

Also in this case, as often happens when it comes to interventions by the anti-adulteration unit, the force makes the sin known but not the sinner.

The foods, worth approximately 30 thousand euros, will be subjected to analysis, in collaboration with the Zooprophylactic Institute, to identify the animal species of each product and the actual product composition.
