According to the prosecution, in 2023, the man went to the offended party's workshop and, complaining about the alleged malfunction of the newly repaired car, threatened him with phrases such as "I'll kill you, your daughters will be left without a father". The accused also allegedly sent voice messages in which he uttered other threats such as "And if you don't have a hole under the wheel, look at me!", then also sent him a video where a machete was seen hidden under the seat of a car. car. Finally, the punch landed on the face which cost the tire dealer a head injury and a seven-day prognosis.

In addition to the six months, the 36-year-old, defended by the lawyer Sergio Porcu, was sentenced to reimburse the costs of forming a civil party. The injured party, a civil party, was assisted by the lawyer Annamaria Santoru.
