First they broke into a kiosk on the Poetto seafront by smashing the glass , fleeing with the cash register, which contained 20 euros and six bottles of sparkling wine.

Then they attempted a theft again using the same dynamics in another kiosk a short distance away.

However, two young men, aged 26 and 28 respectively, were stopped a short distance away by the men of the State Police of Cagliari: in the backpacks, immediately noticed by the officers because they were very bulky, there were 6 bottles of sparkling wine, 5 bottles of wine, 1 bottle of whisky, magnetic keys and various materials, as well as the sum of over 1,300 euros , divided into banknotes, the latter found in the pockets of the trousers of the two men.

The goods found, recognized by the kiosk owners as those illegally stolen, were returned.

The two men, of foreign origin, were arrested on suspicion of aggravated and continued theft in competition.

Following the validation hearing, the GIP validated the arrest without applying precautionary measures.
