Usually parking your car along the public road does not create a sort of usucapione, but a 64-year-old was probably convinced of this, who was denounced by the carabinieri of Giba for damage and beatings.

The man, on July 29 last, claimed to have available the public parking in front of the house where, at that moment, the Alfa Romeo of a 30-year-old was parked. The 64-year-old, with a series of sudden maneuvers performed with his own car, crashed into the Alfa, damaging it in several places. The owner, who arrived shortly after, had protested but in response he had been hit in the arm with the handle of a hoe.

The claim of the accused to have that parking at his disposal immediately appeared unfounded.
