There are 466 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 positivity in Sardinia, based on 1349 people tested. A new leap in infections on the island, therefore, with +222 positives compared to the previous survey of the regional bulletin.
A total of 4030 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic, with a positive figure of 11.5%.
There are 11 patients admitted to intensive care units (1 less than yesterday).
Patients hospitalized in the medical area are growing, now 136 and therefore 8 more than in the previous survey.
At an altitude of 5740 are the cases of home isolation (571 more than yesterday).
There are no further deaths.
THE COMPARISON - A year ago, on December 27, 2020, the data of the Island spoke of 96 new infections but also of 6 deaths. At that time, 483 people were admitted to ordinary wards, 43 in intensive care.
