A little more than two months from 6 and 7 July , the climate is already highly anticipated with the Ardia 2023 organizational machine already running at full speed, After the officialization on Easter day of the three flags Marco Mongili, Pier Giuseppe Spada and Alessandro Nieddu , all the different members of the community of Seat have been at work for some time, called to play an active role in the great celebration in honor of San Costantino . Everyone, as always and as tradition dictates, will do their utmost to prepare everything in the best possible way, especially in terms of hospitality, to host the tens of thousands of people who will be the beautiful setting for one of the most awaited popular events in the island.

Great activism especially among the members and volunteers of the Santu Antinu association led by the new president Rita Nanu . "We are already preparing everything - highlights the president - concerning the various collaborations and authorizations for the health service, safety and all the general organization of the Ardia, including the part of the shows and moments of aggregation".

The times and rituals of the stages leading up to the equestrian event will now be marked by the historical appointments which precede the official trials which will be held on 29 June . The first public outing of the three flags will instead be held on 15 May on the occasion of the feast of Sant'Isidoro, patron saint of the agro-pastoral world. With all the knights seated, the three race leaders and the escorts will still be present at the Corpus Domini procession on 11 June and at the very heartfelt procession in the town on 24 June on the occasion of the patronal feast of San Giovanni Battista.

Also ready are the members of the " Fusileris " association , which recently held internal elections confirming their trust in President Mario Melosu . “Together with the flags – says Melosu- we are defining the date for loading the cartridges, another long-awaited and important moment.”

It seems an obvious affirmation, but the Ardia is above all a religious festival that prevails over all the rest . And so the very important task incumbent on the parish priest Don Battista Mongili and on the council of prioresses, presided over this year by Maria Laura Atzas . The group of nine women, animated by a deep faith, is concerned with all the liturgical and non-liturgical aspects inherent in the sanctuary of Santu Antinu. As the party approaches. the painstaking and intense work to prepare everything in a punctual and careful manner will begin without stopping. In fact, they take care of the cleaning of the place of worship, they prepare the decoration of the altar, the sacred vestments. They participate in all the religious functions that take place not only during the holiday period but throughout the year.
