A new political entity is born in the Municipal Council of Maracalagonis that is in opposition. The elimination of the old Municipal Council has favored the birth of the group "Maracalagonis libera" composed of two former councilors: Ennio Fogli (in the eliminated Council he was in charge of Agriculture and Public Works) and Antonio Melis who was the deputy mayor and the councilor for Urban Planning.

Councilor Valentina Pisu has also joined "Maracalagonis libera". The three are going to the opposition. The group leader is Antonio Melis. «The reasons for our choice? We will talk about it in the next Council meeting» . Today, as is known, the mayor Francesca Fadda has appointed the new Council .

The City Council is due to meet next week . With the birth of "Maracalagonis libera" the opposition can count on eight councilors against the nine votes of the majority.
