The brain death of Patrizia Incollu, director of the Badu 'e Carros prison in Nuoro, involved in the scary accident on state road 389, in which the assistant chief coordinator in the Nuoro prison, Peppino Fois, died, has been declared. The doctors' verdict this afternoon, shortly after 7pm, in the intensive care unit of the Nuoro hospital, where she had been admitted immediately after the crash in very serious conditions.

The accident occurred last October 19th on the Nuoro-Lanusei. Incollu and Fois were returning from Lanusei prison, where they had spent a very long day of work together and were expected in the Badu'e Carros prison. But the return journey of Peppino Fois, assistant chief coordinator in the Nuoro prison, and the director of the institute, Patrizia Incollu, was suddenly interrupted at kilometer 18 of state road 389.
