A path to arrive at grasping what the company needs are, which intertwines the administrative and health aspects. The new path has been traced by the Aou of Cagliari : the intent is to drag the other companies of the island into a process of emulation that can benefit the entire regional health system .

A digitized system for planning efficiently, based on what the structures need to offer increasingly higher quality services, evaluating the most appropriate spending strategies . Today, in the Red Hall of the Monserrato University Citadel, the final day of a process that aims to consolidate in 2023 to become optimal in two years, in 2025.

After the greetings of the general director of the Aou, Chiara Seazzu, the director of organizational development Luigi Minerba presented the process of detecting the needs . The regulatory and legal aspects, on the other hand, were dealt with by the administrative director of the Aou Antonio Tognotti. The meeting highlighted the profound differences with the current survey system, the critical points of which were highlighted by the sole director of Pipol People and Organization Michele Confalonieri: the focus on the definition of "urgent" and on the best time windows for annual planning. Confalonieri himself offered a fundamental contribution to the project, strongly desired by the company management and coordinated by the Organizational development, training, statistics and health epidemiology structure.

To conclude the day, the analyzes on the planning of the two-year period 2024-25, through historical data, by doctors Simona Cuneo, Arianna Cadeddu and Antonella Pia, and by the engineer Silvia Taccori.
