Management of the Covid emergency, workloads, relationship with superiors, career prospects. These are some of the topics at the center of a survey that revealed the Aou of Cagliari among the top 30 Italian health companies where you work best.
The study, carried out by Statista in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, involved thousands of employees in Italy through a questionnaire.
More than 3 thousand companies analyzed with over 250 employees and to create the ranking, the evaluations of workers were considered but also the external perception by employees who belong to companies in the same sector.
The 400 employers with the highest score, including the University Hospital of Cagliari, were awarded as "Italy's Best Employers 2022".
