Attempts to repair the Parco Tenda haven't yielded the desired results: the damage from the storm is too extensive. The structure, one of the beating hearts of the Tempio Carnival, will therefore remain closed, and reopening is not expected for about thirty days.

Therefore, the Parco Tenda will not be available for the long-awaited celebrations until February 17th. But all is not lost: the possibility of a new special event is gaining traction, which could allow the festivities that were cancelled during Carnival to be rescheduled.

Firefighters and technicians inspected the site yesterday morning to assess the extent of the damage and prevent the cancellation of the festival, which would have significant financial repercussions, given the scale of the event.
