Tempio: Breakthrough in the investigation into the masked robber, one arrest made

A sudden turn of events in the investigation into a robbery committed in recent days against a Tempio shopkeeper: a 50-year-old man was located by the Carabinieri and transferred, under arrest, to the Bancali prison.
According to rumors, he was taken during the night from a sort of shed in a forest in Limbara, where he had been staying for days. He faces a serious charge: he is accused of breaking into a storage facility (gas cylinders and LPG) on the outskirts of Tempio and threatening the owner with a gun. According to investigations, he was masked with a balaclava.
The man is known to law enforcement for other investigations and trials against him, particularly for his involvement in alleged sexual assaults. His defense attorney, Alberto Sechi, declined to comment.
