Surfer missing in Cala Ginepro, found safe and sound

The search for a surfer lost at sea in Sa Mattanosa (Cala Ginepro) in the Gulf of Orosei ended well last night.

The friends with whom he was in that area activated the rescue, and when they didn't see him return, they alerted the Siniscola police.

The alarm immediately went off and the Port Authority of La Caletta and the fire brigade teams arrived from Olbia, the dog unit, the Sapr and the divers who left from Cagliari were activated. Fortunately the man was later found at around 4.30am.
