The Carabinieri and the boy's lawyers are trying to decipher the causes of what happened yesterday in Siliqua, where a fifteen-year-old stabbed his 40-year-old father in the throat at the height of an argument, seriously risking killing him .
The cause of the act was a very problematic family situation, characterized by constant arguments and fights, perhaps even episodes of violence and abuse . The boy had not lived at home for a few days, but was staying with a friend . He had left precisely because he could no longer tolerate his father's alleged bullying, which had never been officially reported .
Perhaps yesterday the father tried to convince him to go home, or the two had a clarification. What is certain is that the argument degenerated and the 15-year-old grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the throat, before getting out of the car and walking away . The man, wounded, managed to drive to the center of town and called for help. Then the 118 doctors took him to Brotzu and from there he was transferred to Ss Trinità, where he was operated on and is still hospitalized, not in danger of life.
The carabinieri immediately tracked down the boy who was wandering around the town and arrested him . The young man is now locked up in the juvenile prison in Quartucciu .
But once the facts have been reconstructed, the motive must be understood. And the investigative work is only just beginning, those investigating are not ruling out any hypothesis. The young man's defenders, lawyers Cinzia Orgiana and Mauro Massa , are waiting to speak with him. "I have not met my client, we are gathering all the necessary information and then we will evaluate how to proceed. We will probably meet him tomorrow ," Orgiana explained to Ansa.
