The large group of delegates from different parts of the world arrived at Sos Enattos.

Accompanied by representatives of the scientific institutions that are promoting the site's candidacy to host the Einstein Telescope, they crossed the entrance gates, wearing helmets, and entered the bowels of the ancient mine founded in 1886.

The visit to Sos Enattos was necessary to allow over 90 guests to visit the site and experience first-hand the specifics of its geophysical silence, the absence of light and acoustic contamination, qualities necessary for the ultra-modern gravitational wave meter, capable of capturing the breath of the universe.

An excursion that is worth an investment of about six billion in 9 years, capable of changing the fate of an entire territory.
