Ninety thousand euros of transfers made by the banking application in the space of a few days and four people under investigation. Now a precautionary measure has been taken for one of the four, prohibition of approaching the injured party with the application of the electronic bracelet. It is a forty-year-old from Solarussa, who denied his responsibility, so much so that from the moment of the complaint of the woman, a fifty-year-old friend of his, the two continued to meet. But it was also the injured party who did not attribute responsibility for the transfers to the investigated person.

The investigation

It was triggered last May, when the woman noticed that approximately ninety thousand euros had disappeared from her account: transfers sent within a few days from the banking application to the benefit of other people.
