The power of social media. She posts a protest video on Facebook and resolves a problem with ARST. The protagonist is Francesca Rubiu , owner of a well-known beach resort in Solanas. A few days earlier, she posted a video denouncing the difficulties of Samuele, a young worker at the resort.

Samuele was waiting for the bus at stop 347 in Capitana, Quartu, to go to work. But he couldn't get on because the bus, inexplicably, ignored the stop and went straight on . Protests via certified email and written complaints were to no avail. The bus continued to speed past Samuele, who was forced to reach Solanas via Uber or thanks to the helpfulness of the bus owners who came to pick him up by car.

But today comes the good news. "Thank you all for interacting with our video, for commenting, and especially for sharing it. The problem was resolved today , and we truly hope this time it's been resolved permanently," Francesca Rubiu wrote on Facebook.

The woman thanked Arst, which today verified the service directly on site and made another bus available for transport to the coast .

"We're happy because Samuele showed up to work on time and with a smile today," adds the entrepreneur. "This is important to us: when a problem is heard and a concrete solution is found, it means something can really change. The power of social media, when used to discuss real problems and find solutions, can really make a difference."
