A car caught fire while driving. It happened this evening along Provincial Road 15 in the Nughedu Santa Vittoria area around 7:30 PM. A young couple was in the car. As they were driving toward Neoneli, they began to smell smoke. They immediately decided to stop in a lay-by and exited the car, which was then engulfed in flames.

Shortly afterwards, the firefighters intervened with two teams from Abbasanta and Sorgono who extinguished the flames.
