A centaur of German origins was injured in a road accident which occurred around 12.45 pm in via Livorno in Siniscola.

A Fiat Punto driven by a Swiss man and a scooter driven by a German citizen collided head-on. The one who fared the worst was the motorcyclist resident in Siniscola, who was transported by 118 to the hospital in Olbia with probable fractures, but not life-threatening.

The other driver, a Swiss tourist, was instead transported to the Nuoro hospital for checks.

The Siniscola firefighters were on site and made the vehicles safe.
