Sex on the street in Cagliari, 18 years old resumes the scene and posted on social media: reported

He saw a couple having sex on the street and filmed it on their cell phone, then put the video online. And he got a complaint.

An 18-year-old resident of Cagliari is in trouble, accused of illicit dissemination of sexually explicit videos.

The young man, last February 5, was in the car driven by a friend when sexual intercourse between a man and a woman took place before his eyes. So he decided to immortalize the scene and publish everything on social media.

The woman, a 22-year-old from Cagliari, reported him to the carabinieri of the Stampace station. The images, of course, had been circulated without his and his partner's consent.

"It is allowed to anyone - specify the carabinieri -, finding themselves on the street or in places in any case open to the public, to video-shoot or photograph whatever happens but it is then forbidden to disseminate the images in any way, where there is no consent of the people who have been reprimanded, as this second behavior constitutes a crime under the law ".
