"The fact does not exist". The municipal councilor of Serramanna, Carlo Pahler , sentenced two years ago to two years in prison for slander, was acquitted on appeal.
The legal matter is linked to an accusation of a false move against a traffic policeman regarding a request for public land presented by the committee of celebrations of San Leonardo.
In the first instance, the single judge of the Cagliari Court had condemned the councilor who had presented a complaint against the local police agent to the Public Prosecutor's office with the accusation of having changed the documents relating to the request for public land, modifying the square meters. Now on appeal, Carlo Pahler has been acquitted with full formula .
