Sennori, assault with hammer (stolen from a Carnival wagon): 17 year old under house arrest

The 17-year-old is under house arrest who a month ago, after the Carnival celebrations in Sennori, hammered a 22-year-old, Patrizio Carboni .
It all started with a fight between two groups of young people. Then the situation degenerated: on leaving the room the victim was joined by the attacker, who violently struck him on the face with a large hammer covered in hard rubber , which he had taken possession of during a parade of allegorical floats in the afternoon.
The 22-year-old from Sorso had ended up in hospital with a broken jaw, head trauma and serious eye injuries. The doctors diagnosed him with 60 days of treatment.
Mobile Squad personnel seized the weapon and reported the 17-year-old in a state of freedom for the crime of aggravated injuries. A few days ago the minor received the precautionary measure ordering the stay at home issued by the investigating judge of the Juvenile Court of Sassari.
