Seals at the Touch on the beach in Alghero, the investigating judge validates the provision

The preventive seizure of the Touch on the beach in Alghero was validated by the investigating judge of the court of Sassari, the place that in the night between 29 and 30 July had been closed during a blitz by the administrative police of Sassari. The agents, in collaboration with the staff of the Alghero police station, the soldiers of the Financial Police and the Forestry Corps, had found a series of irregularities.

In particular, it turned out that the managers, reported, would have exercised the activity in the absence of the authorizations required to protect public safety and despite the fact that the Municipality had triggered a disqualification measure adopted on 29 July.

At the time of the check the place was in full swing, with many young people intent on dancing both inside and outside the disco. One of the owners was also denounced for false ideology for some false statements.
