Two premises in the center of Sassari were sanctioned with suspension for ten and thirty days .

This was ordered by the Production Activities Sector of the Municipality of Sassari following a series of reports from the local police which attested to repeated violations of the trade union ordinance which limits the hours for music in public establishments .

The facts date back to February and March but the provision was issued at the expiry of the deadline for challenging the minutes by the interested parties .

The ordinance provides that the music ends by midnight (except in the cases provided for by the same legislation) and in case of violation a fine of 500 euros, plus ancillary penalties ranging from suspension of activity for ten days, in the case of two non-compliance. in one year, until the final revocation of the authorization from the fourth onwards.

The closing days, in order "not to cause unfair economic damage to the operator" given the celebrations of the Candlesticks and the Sardinian Cavalcade planned for these months, have been agreed with the owners.
