Witnesses in the courtroom, in Sassari , at the trial for the death of Antonio Fara , the 47-year-old killed last year in his home. For the prosecution, the killer would be a young man to whom the bartender had offered help. Fara would be hit with kicks and punches, and finally in the head with a hammer.

Speaking in court was his sister, among others, who described Antonio as a person who "got along with everyone", and "had friends everywhere". There was only one flaw: "He helped strangers too much."

The accused, Claudio Dettori , was present together with his lawyer, Bruno Conti.
