The episode, dating back to 2023 and which occurred in the Monte Rosello neighborhood, had a judicial outcome yesterday in court, in an abbreviated session, for the 54-year-old defendant, from Sassari and with several precedents , accused of improper robbery. Who, a year ago, had not gone very far while fleeing pushing a shopping cart with cables inside.
The owner of the business had in fact alerted the police who, in a short time, had stopped the robber. The prosecutor Ermanno Cattaneo requested for the man, defended by the lawyer Letizia Doppiu Anfossi, a sentence of 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment. The preliminary hearing judge Giuseppe Grotteria decreed the sentence of 2 years and 3 months and the payment of a 1,200 euro fine .
