The arrest of a 23-year-old from Uri dates back to Saturday evening and this morning he was taken by the military for the formal summary hearing in court in Sassari on charges of drug dealing, damage and resisting a public official.

The quantity of drugs discovered was small, less than two grams of cocaine and two of marijuana, but already packaged in wrappers and, in addition, the young man had a fair amount of money with him.

These elements justified the arrest of the 23-year-old, defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Calaresu, for whom the prosecutor Antonio Piras requested the validation of the arrest and the obligation to report to the judicial police. Requests accepted by the judge Claudia Sechi who has already set a date shortly for the rite chosen by the defense.
