The license of a private club in Piazza Mazzotti in Sassari has been suspended for 15 days.
The police issued the measure, adopting Article 100 of the Consolidated Law on Security after identifying a series of critical issues at the premises.
Like the one on November 7, 2025, in which the State Police intervened after an assault on a foreign citizen, which took place inside the club and was also confirmed by video surveillance images.
The victim had several bruises on his face and various wounds, and had to be taken to the emergency room.
During a subsequent inspection, the administrative police team found several administrative violations and, in particular, had to intervene to prevent a further episode of violence between two customers who were hitting each other at the bar.
Given what happened, the police commissioner ordered the immediate closure of the club for 15 days, with the obligation to display a sign outside that reads: "Closed by order of the Police Commissioner – art. 100 TULPS"
