All those involved in the investigation into a cannabis plantation in Santa Giusta, in the Loiri countryside, were released after being questioned by the investigating judge. They are Tommaso Quaglioni of Loiri, Mario Cossellu and Giuseppe Mulas of Orgosolo, and Daniele Delogu of Onanì.

According to the charges filed by Tempio Pausania's prosecutor, Alessandro Bosco, the four men, in different capacities, were responsible for the 2,500 plants found in the Santa Giusta countryside in August 2025. According to the investigation, Tommaso Quaglioni is the owner of the land on which the Carabinieri found, in addition to the plants, a perfectly functioning irrigation system.

The investigating judge of the Tempio Tribunal granted the defense's requests (criminal lawyers Margherita Baragliu, Rinaldo Lai, and Luigi Conti). Among the issues raised by the lawyers was the timing of the arrests, which came more than a year after the plantation was identified. However, there are also questions about the active ingredient in marijuana.
