Santa Giusta, attempted bank robbery: Marras remains in prison

Antonio Marras , arrested last Friday for the attempted robbery at the Credito di Arborea branch in Santa Giusta , remains in cell. The 65-year-old from Serrenti, assisted by lawyers Mauro Togu and Simone Angei, appeared before judge Federica Fulgheri for the validation hearing. Marras preferred not to answer the questions during the interrogation: in this phase he would still have shown collaboration, even during the search of his home where the Oristano carabinieri found 100 grams of cocaine and 100 of marijuana as well as precision scales and various material used for cutting and packaging.
Marras must answer for attempted aggravated robbery : on Friday, together with an accomplice, he entered the bank armed and masked but was immediately blocked by a retired policeman who was inside the credit institution. The accomplice however managed to escape and is wanted by the police .
The defense intends to request the modification of the precautionary measure, in particular the transfer of Marras to a community or structure that can ensure him assistance.
