An opportunity to meet between the custodians of traditional knowledge and the world of architecture and design with the desire to stimulate the birth of new ideas to promote sustainable living. So today, April 12, and tomorrow, the conference 'Domu: ideas for sustainable living' takes place, organized by the association 'Città della Terra Cruda' with the contribution of the Fondazione di Sardegna and the Unione dei Comuni Terre del Campidano and the patronage of the Municipality. In the spaces of the Civis gallery and of Casa Mereu in via Roma, the different moments of the day will be dedicated to meeting, exchanging and forging ideas, with the aim of generating new synergies. Inside the ancient shops located in the courtyard of Casa Mereu you will be able to meet the Keepers of Traditional Knowledge , attend small demonstrations and buy some products.

The expert dialogues on the themes of craftsmanship, design, sustainable architecture, tourist hospitality, traditional and contemporary cuisine, will be a fertile ground for comparison and conceptual enrichment, to reflect and develop new horizons. The theme of food as a moment of conviviality, culture, emotion and relationship is unmissable. There will be space for the convivium of knowledge with the chef's dishes: the convivial space of aggregation will become sharing, cultural and human enrichment, reinforcement of social interaction, forge of new opportunities for collaboration. There will be a genuine meeting between the Keepers of Knowledge, local operators, administrators, experts in the subject matter guests of the "Dialogues" and simply curious passers-by eager to taste the two dishes prepared by the chef and experience a moment of sharing pleasures.
