Rain and thunderstorms arriving in the next few hours in various areas of Sardinia. The Civil Protection has issued a yellow alert, for ordinary criticality, valid from 9 pm tonight - Friday 7 February - until 3 pm tomorrow, i.e. Saturday 8.

The areas affected are those of Iglesiente, Campidano and the central-eastern part of the island (Flumendosa) . An alert that therefore involves from Sulcis to Cagliaritano up to a large part of the eastern coast, excluding Gallura.

After a few days of respite in terms of weather, a strong worsening is expected already this evening. And, tomorrow, a " partial fusion of two cyclones over Sardinia " is expected, one coming from France and the other from Tunisia, which will bring rain and thunderstorms .

The Civil Protection service of Cagliari has, as usual, made known the rules of conduct that concern the inhabitants of Pirri, where flooding and significant problems have often occurred. According to the notice, it is not recommended to park in the streets Balilla (from Piazza Italia to Via Dandolo) and side streets, Italia, Dolianova, Sinnai, Settimo, Mara, Donori, Santorre Di Santarosa, Confalonieri and Ampere. Parked cars can be moved to the parking lot of the Terramaini swimming pool, in Via Pisano .
