At the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the investigating judge of Tempio Pausania has ordered the seizure of a sewage treatment plant and a series of structures deemed illegal in the Costa Paradiso tourist area, in Trinità d'Agultu . According to investigations conducted by the Forestry Corps, four "tracks" have been built in the area for the subsequent installation of sewer pipes in a wooded area of particular environmental value, subject to landscape and hydrogeological restrictions .

"The investigations," explains a statement from the Forestry Corps, "concerned the unauthorized municipal management of the Costa Paradiso complex's urban wastewater treatment plant , whose discharges exceeded the legal limits, resulting in the illegal disposal of the related sludge and the risk of compromising the water and significant portions of the soil and subsoil."
