Big fire in the countryside of Quartu in "Santu Lianu": the fire broke out around 7.30 pm and immediately attacked a vast expanse of scrub land.

The fire, favored by a light wind, found an easy source among the dry weeds, threatening some crops closely.

The alarm was raised immediately with the arrival of the Cagliari Fire Brigade currently busy limiting and trying to tame the tongues of fire not far from the old Sardinian eastern one with the smoke visible from a long distance.
