The Carabinieri of the Cagliari Labor Inspectorate, in conjunction with the military of the Pula station and the personnel of the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, have reported a 57-year-old man, sole director of a company operating in the restaurant industry, to the Public Prosecutor's Office for numerous workplace safety violations.
During an inspection, the Carabinieri found that employees had failed to undergo medical checks, that workers had not received health and safety training, that audiovisual equipment had been unauthorized, and that the risk assessment document had not been kept on site.
In addition to the complaint, the administration was fined nearly €7,000.
