The Municipality is launching a public competition called "Name the Sports Hall," an initiative designed to involve citizens and associations in choosing the name for the new sports facility on Via 25 Aprile, now nearing completion.

The municipal administration thus aims to promote active community participation, calling upon them to contribute to the identity of one of the most anticipated sports facilities in the area. "The competition is open to all residents, regardless of age," explains Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Sport, Elisabetta Loi. "Each participant may submit one name, accompanied by a brief explanation explaining its significance, its connection to the area, local history, or the values of sport and sharing."

Proposals can be submitted via certified email (PEC) or hand-delivered to the Protocol Office during public opening hours. Proposals must be submitted by May 29th. The initiative will accompany the final stages of construction of the multipurpose sports facility, which is set to become a new hub for city sports.
