A broad technical discussion between the proposing committees and the regional council to determine how to defend Sardinia from the onslaught of wind energy.
This concluded the first day of hearings of the nine committees promoting the Pratobello popular initiative law against the energy speculation threatening Sardinia before the Fourth and Fifth Committees of the Regional Council.
The first spokesperson to be heard was the mayor of Orgosolo Pasquale Mereu , and gradually all the others followed.
