Porto Torres, car down the escarpment at Ponte Pizzinnu: 5 miraculously unharmed boys

Five boys between 18 and 20 years old, all ended up in hospital and a wrecked car.

It is the balance of a frightening accident that took place this morning at 5 along the local road of Ponte Pizzinnu, one of the internal country paths, without lighting, on the outskirts of Porto Torres.

The exact dynamics of the accident are not yet clear and investigations are underway on the case by the police of the local company, who intervened on the spot for the findings. According to an initial reconstruction, the car driven by one of the 5 young people on board, due to causes still under investigation, skidded, the driver lost control of the vehicle, which went off the road and ended up in an embankment.

The boys were extracted from the metal sheets, miraculously unharmed, then transported by ambulance to the 118 health workers, who rushed to the emergency room of the Santissima Annunziata di Sassari. Their conditions are not serious, they have suffered minor injuries. The doctors limited themselves to carrying out a few tests.
