Porto Torres, a dawn collision: two people hospitalized.

Two people were injured in a traffic accident that occurred at dawn this morning outside Porto Torres. The local fire department responded to a collision between two vehicles at 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Via Fattori and Via Dell'Industria.

The 118 ambulance and paramedics also arrived on the scene, providing first aid to those involved in the accident, the cause of which is currently under investigation. Upon arrival, the team extricated the two injured people from their vehicles and handed them over to paramedics. The vehicles and the affected area were also secured.

Two people were taken to the emergency room of the Sassari Civil Hospital for evaluation. Carabinieri officers from the Porto Torres branch were also on site to conduct investigations.
