Porto Corallo, fire at storage: investigations to trace the causes of the fire

The prompt intervention of the San Vito firefighters avoided the worst in Porto Corallo where the flames that broke out yesterday evening threatened to attack a shed used for boat storage.

The men of 115 stopped the fire practically in the bud, preventing it from spreading to the whole place: one of the boats was damaged.

The investigations are underway, being carried out by the carabinieri of the station and of the Compagnia di San Vito, coordinated by Major Massimo Meloni.

The mayor of Villaputzu , Sandro Porcu, also arrived on the spot.
