The international investment fund Castello SGR , an asset management company of the ANIMA Group, after months of negotiations has closed the purchase contract, for the sum of 70 million euros, of the Grand Hotel in Poltu Quatu, on the Arzachena coast .

The Pulcini Group , in whose assets the structure was, confirmed that it had concluded the sale of the real estate sector for residential and tourist-hotel use . The operation consists of the acquisition and relaunch of the hotel, consisting of 139 rooms and over 100 external real estate units. Management will be entrusted to Marriott , an international hotel operator and market leader.

The Pulcini group is the owner of almost all the remaining part of Poltu Quatu.

The CEO, Daniele Pulcini, says: «The sale is part of a broader plan to enhance the entire Poltu Quatu Village, which will be developed in the coming years through the partnership launched between the Pulcini Group and Castello SGR. The plan is aimed at the development of some shared projects including the expansion of the Marina, which in a few years will also be able to accommodate mega yachts, and the entire redevelopment of the real estate sector for commercial use".
