The diary of Fabio Serventi, the 24-year-old from Perdaxius who disappeared on March 21 last year from his grandparents' house and whose body was never found, was lost after being kidnapped by the carabinieri and then reappeared in a safety deposit box of the Narcao barracks, returns to the center of the trial that sees the accused - on the charge of premeditated murder - Andrea Pinna, 35 years old. In fact, the relatives of Serventi ask that DNA analyzes be performed on the notebook.
"The discovery of the green agenda - says Marcella Ballisai, Fabio's mother, in a note released by the lawyers of the civil party, Patrizio Rovelli and Fabrizio Rubiu - gives us confidence. In the investigation phase, many investigative leads were too hastily abandoned. the search for the instigators of this ferocious murder remained suspended even though there were important investigative elements that led to the drug trafficking environments of the Sulcis Iglesiente. The search for Fabio's body then, and this is the most painful profile for us, was carried out without the necessary coordination between the various police forces and the regional civil protection ".
In the next few days, the lawyers of the Serventi family will therefore file a request for an appraisal with the Court of Assizes of Cagliari, so that "the scientific investigation department of the Carabinieri of Cagliari carries out every more in-depth investigation to verify first of all the existence of biological material useful for identifying any DNA profiles. And then if the diary itself has ever been immersed in water or other liquid ".
The next hearing of the trial is set for next 20 October.
