A woman was hit by a car last night in San Gavino Monreale. An Audi A4, driven by a 54-year-old, ran over a 78-year-old pensioner in via Pascoli at the corner of via Dante, outside the pedestrian crossing. The man immediately rescued her and then called 118. The doctors transported her to the “Nostra Signora di Bonaria” hospital for investigations.

The driver's driving and circulation documents were found to be regular. The 78-year-old is in no danger of life.
