Ozieri, 21 year old banned from clubs surprised by the police at the bar: risks up to 2 years in prison

He was subjected to Dacur, the "urban Daspo", who, in his case, prohibited him from frequenting clubs and restaurants in Ozieri.

But the police, during the reinforced checks during the Halloween celebrations, caught him exactly where he shouldn't be: in a bar in the historic center. And so for a 21-year-old local man, already known to the police, more trouble arrived.

After being identified, in fact, he was reported again to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Sassari.

At the end of the criminal proceedings, the judge could now apply a prison sentence of 6 months to 2 years and a fine of 8,000 to 20,000 euros against him.
