Overwhelmed by the overturning tractor, one dead in Iglesias

Tragedy in the campaigns of Iglesias .

An 85-year-old man - Vittorio Aretino - died after being crushed by his tractor, in the countryside of Cumbua, in the San Benedetto area.

The alarm was raised by a passing farmer, who noticed the overturned vehicle and alerted the rescue services.

Carabinieri and firefighters attended the scene, together with the coroner. The latter could not do anything but ascertain the death, which would have occurred many hours before the discovery, probably on Wednesday.
