Condolence in Villasimius for the funeral of Giovanni Fadda, 71, who died in the hills of the town crushed by his off-road vehicle immediately after finding his hunting dog that had gone astray on Sunday during a hunting trip.

Touching the words of the parish priest Don Gianni Soro who, speaking to the family and the faithful, said that "Giovanni was above all an extraordinary man, a man who was a volunteer without wearing a uniform. He liked being with people, helping the needy . He was always present in every emergency ".

To greet Giovanni Fadda, there were the voluntary associations of the town, the mayor Luca Dessì, many friends who gave their last farewell to their friend who is no longer there.

"A man to be taken as an example - added the parish priest - because when there was something to do for others, he was always present".

Great emotion of family members, wife, children.

On Sunday, Fadda went big hunting with his company: during the hunts he lost his dog. The next day he returned to look for him, reaching the hills where he had taken part in the joke the day before. He found it and brought it back to his car, an off-road vehicle. But the latter moved, perhaps due to the lack of the handbrake, and overwhelmed him without letting him escape.
