The Sartiglia is safe. A breakthrough was reached on Saturday morning regarding the implementation of the Abodi decree after a new meeting between Mayor Massimiliano Sanna, the police commissioner, and the prefect.
From what we understand, a procedure has been activated to obtain a waiver on the disputed obligation for participants in the joust to wear helmets .
